We've organised our trip log into legs, to make it more manageable. These roughly correspond to where we were able to update the web site. However, legs 4 and 5 were both updated in Skidegate, at the end of the Haida Gwaii portion of our trip.

As we reviewed the site prior to re-publishing, we realised that our attempt to communicate the sights, sounds, and our feelings about our trip probably don't come close to the actual experience. This really is one of those places in which you have to be... Adjectives start to become clichéd; glaciers, whales, eagles, otters, sea lions, the mist, the characters, all blur, and we (dare we say it?) become used to the spectacular, the stunning, the awesome ...
