Prince Rupert

Rain. Serious wind. We had to re-deploy our fenders, as the force of the wind had forced them to ride up. We were on the dock doing that (in the rain), and saw that three other crews were doing exactly the same thing. We helped each other sort things out.

During a walkabout, an otter surprised us by flapping across the road not twenty feet away from us ...

Another shopping expedition: camcorder tapes; beer; coffee beans; coffee grinder; hair drier; and on and on ...

Breakers Pub Prince Rupert.jpg (13181 bytes)Prince Rupert is a very nice town. We could have stayed longer, but after two days, and a third night ahead, it was time to move on. We listened carefully to the weather report, and determined that the following morning would provide us with a window of opportunity.
