When we arrived in Anita Bay, Samaria was there, already anchored. Pat and Lauren
called us on the radio, and invited us over for lunch.
After a very pleasant lunch, we set the crab trap, and then put 'dublin' on the stern
after removing all the duct tape then all the letters 'Juneau AK'. I messed up on
'dublin', as a gust of wind caught the paper just as I was getting ready to very carefully
apply it to the boat. But it looks OK, as long as you don't look very closely.
Jane's log:
"Motored to Anita Bay with the current and wind with us. We would have sailed when
the wind picked up but Ian had started the membrane cleaning process on the watermaker and
there were buckets of water lying around.
"Spotted a Blue Heron and lots of seals on the way.
"Had lunch aboard Samaria; set the crab trap.
"Cleaned off 'Juneau AK' with the hair drier and acetone, and put on the new
"dublin". The "L" doesnt look too good, as the wind changed just
as we went to stick it on. We may redo it in Prince Rupert."
